Our printing solutions client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be part of the team responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches. The ideal candidate will have problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: $25

Hours: 8am-5pm

What’s the Job?

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

• Report bugs and errors to development teams (utilizing appropriate software).

• Help troubleshoot issues.

• Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality through the development process.

• Provide user support for both internal and external customers.

• Develop test plans as needed.

• Accountable for administration of SOC 2 controls within area of responsibilities.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma, or GED equivalent

• Understanding of data mapping and system integration practices.

• Knowledge of business-specific applications and systems, such as CRMs, Project Management, and office suites.

• Experienced in execution of Use Cases and Test Cases.

• Experience with quality assurance testing.

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.

• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

• Reliability.
