Job Description & Primary Purpose:

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their organization in a contract to hire capacity, primarily remote with the ability to go into the office for important meetings and other potential needs. 

Responsibilities:

This Business Analysis will work with the Software Development team in a manufacturing environment to identify requirements, plan, implement, test, deploy and maintain applications. Working with a variety of business and technical stakeholders, this individual will need to engage and communicate with others at all levels of the organization, build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.  Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality processes are essential as well as time management, analytical thinking, organization and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• 6-15 years of experience as BA
• Collaborate with development team in identifying requirements, planning, implementing, testing, deploying and maintaining Applications
• BA Experience in software development process for manufacturing operations
• Experience with Manufacturing, supply chain, quality processes
• Strong time management, analytical thinking, organizational, and documentation skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Engage with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization, collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Strong stakeholder relationships management
