Description

We're seeking a highly experienced Lead Project Manager to lead strategic projects within our insurance company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from initiation to closure.

• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives and establish project plans.

• Monitor project progress and deliver detailed scheduled reports.

• Navigate larger initiatives, negotiate timelines and solutions.

• Provide direction and support to the project team, Resolve or escalate project risks and issues.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
