Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review commercial property data

• Utilize online resources to locate commercial property, associated municipal jurisdictions, and property information

• Follow processes advised by management to complete tasks in a timely manner

• Manage and preserve documents

• Determine necessary requests, complete and submit requests according to municipal and department processes, and find appropriate municipal contacts

• Monitor requests to ensure timely processing

• Maintain accurate, updated information in the database

• Ensure accuracy with all data and update accordingly

• Complete research of online resources to obtain documents and information

• Maintain accurate site cost transactions and notes

• Coordinate mailings

• Effectively manage email workload

• Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors

• Meet production targets

• Effectively communicate in a professional manner at all times

• Contribute to managing the team workload as needed

• Receive feedback and training to improve performance.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer for research tasks.

• Experience working in a call center environment, providing customer service.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to gather and analyze data effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficient in using various software for data entry and customer management.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.

• Availability to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays.
