JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Advisors - Branch Operations Support Specialist, Associate in New York, New York

As a Branch Operations Support Associate you will assists in all middle office operations as it relates to the Financial Advisor teams within J.P. Morgan Advisors.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisor and new client on-boarding processes

  • Assist with issue resolution for any complications/problems that may arise

  • Coordination of client data and account information between clients and brokers

  • Assist with Operational processing functions

  • Participate in and take ownership for projects

  • Be able to work independently, but keep manager informed of progress / issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of Operations experience

  • Experience working with various product groups

  • Understanding of Brokerage Business

  • Experience interfacing with Trading desks, operational teams and Financial Advisors

  • Experience with trading operations and/or systems

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

  • Must have a control-oriented mindset

  • Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be a team player

  • Must have strong excel skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

  • Series 7 licenses preferred
