Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our products and services
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat channels
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our products and services based on customer feedback
Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed
Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a technology-related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new software and hardware
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
