Google Cloud SAP Analytics Architect, Google Cloud in Mexico City, Mexico

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience managing client-facing projects to completion, troubleshooting clients technical issues, working with Engineering, Sales, services, and customers.

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Suite implementation, data extraction tools/methodologies, SAP ERP modules, process/data flows and cloud migration strategies.

  • Experience using SAP HANA in-memory database, SAP BusinessObjects, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in technical client service.

  • Experience implementing SAP analytic projects for live SAP environments on public cloud, architecting around SAP data migration strategies, and SAP Cortex on Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience in SAP Analytics suite of tools such as SAP BW, HANA, DWC and data extraction tools and methodologies including data services, SLT/Qlik for real time and batch data loading.

  • Experience in SAP Migration to cloud, high availability setup, downtime optimization, and performance improvements.

  • Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules including process and data flows at table level and data warehouse concepts.

In this role, you will work with Google's strategic customers on projects to provide management, consulting, and technical advisory to customer engagements. You will also work with client executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will work with Google partners servicing customer accounts to manage projects, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance. You will travel up to 25% of the time for client engagements.

  • Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver implementations of cloud solutions.

  • Work with internal specialists and Product and Engineering teams to package best practices, methodologies, and published assets.

  • Interact with Sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for client outcomes.

  • Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development based on field experience.

  • Propose architectures for SAP products and build SAP data and analytics solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
