Providence St. Joseph Health Occupational Therapist - PKIMC OT in Kodiak, Alaska

The Occupational Therapist plans and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to improve an individual's functional independence in life skills. Evalutates and treats individuals in the areas of activities of daily living, functional cognition and perception, neuromuscular treatment and return to work. Evaluates, records and reports patient progress.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week for Pediatric Occupational Therapy position

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy.
  • upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapist License.
  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Occupational Therapy. Or
  • Ph.D. Occupational Therapy. Or
  • 1 year Experience.
