We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our grounds. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for our residents and visitors.

Duties: - Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, power washing, and litter removal - Use hand tools and power tools to maintain the grounds - Power wash trailers and other equipment on the yard - Remove debris and litter from the grounds - Follow safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment - Collaborate with other team members to complete assigned tasks

Qualifications: - Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship - Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
