Actively recruiting for an experienced skilled maintenance associate who enjoys working mainly outdoors.

The position entails a 40-hour work week and comprises a variety of responsibilities as set forth below. The normal workweek is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Work is largely outdoors under all weather conditions. Overtime may be required during certain times of the year and as necessary.

Responsibilities Tree and brush trimming Mowing operations Herbicide application Commercial truck driving Heavy equipment operation (backhoe, excavator, loader, grader, agricultural tractor) Vehicle and equipment maintenance Occasional ditch riding Canal construction and maintenance activities, to include concrete and earth work

Requirements Complete 90-day probationary period prior to obtaining full-time employment Pass pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol tests Demonstrate timeliness, motivation, the ability to work with a team, and a generally positive demeanor Willingness to perform any and all of the responsibilities listed above Possess a current driver's license

Preferred Skills Class-A CDL with tanker endorsement strongly preferred Heavy equipment operating Welding and metalworking Concrete forming and finishing Mechanic
