LifePoint Health Accounting Manager in Gallatin, Tennessee
The Accounting Manager for Physician Practices assists the Assistant CFO, Market Director of Physician Practices and Central Billing Office with reporting for practice performance and works as a member of the accounting team to manage journal entries and the financial integrity of the ledgers.
Reports to: Market Controller
Management of practice accounting and journal entries under the guidance of the hospital accounting leadership Drag Edit Delete
Performs account reconciliations for physician practice financials Drag Edit Delete
Reconciles cash for physician practice ledgers Drag Edit Delete
Oversees payroll and AP accruals Drag Edit Delete
Manages monthly payroll analysis on variable pay contracts Drag Edit Delete
Manages monthly expense allocations for the provider practices Drag Edit Delete
Assists in analyzing monthly CBO performance and collaborates with the CBO on information needed for close Drag Edit Delete
Reviews status of CBO charges adjustment, refunds, and write-offs monthly Drag Edit Delete
Assistance with strategic and operating projects as requested
Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - Required Drag Edit Delete
