Location: On-site (Direct Report to Company Owner)

Salary: $20 to 28 Per Hour Salary based on experience.   

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with slight flexibility)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves managing accounts payable for 10-50 projects concurrently.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of accounts payable for multiple projects.

• Maintain and manage project-related records, including contracts, change orders, and payment certificates.

• Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data effectively.

• Regularly report to the company owner, providing insightful financial updates and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, with a particular focus on AIA billing.

• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Ability to manage a large volume of projects with precision and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
