Description We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for performing in-person, on-site repairs, diagnosing and resolving minor network issues, and assisting PC and network technicians by troubleshooting software and hardware issues. This role is critical in maintaining our company's robust technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-person, on-site repairs to maintain the functionality of our systems.

• Diagnose and resolve minor network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

• Assist PC and network technicians by troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing critical technical support.

• Work with POS (Point of Sale) peripherals: printers/scanners/pin pads, ELO, to ensure smooth transactions.

• Utilize skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Networks, and Network Troubleshooting to perform duties effectively. Requirements

• Applicant must have a thorough understanding of Microsoft software and applications

• Familiarity with Active Directory is a requirement for this role

• Experience with Computer Hardware and its troubleshooting is necessary

• Knowledge of Networks and their configurations is crucial

• Capability to troubleshoot Network issues effectively is mandatory

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

• Prior experience in a Help Desk or similar customer support role would be advantageous

• Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field is preferred

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological developments and eagerness to learn new skills
