To Supervise and direct daily nursing activities and care as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with accepted standards of nurse practice and regulation. To promote a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse and in good standing with the State.

TB skin Test

CPR and First Aid/BLS

Negative Covid-19 test results

Hepatitis B vaccination, titer, or declination

Varicella vaccination or titer

Duties

Assist in development and revision of preliminary and comprehensive care and plans.

Coordinate nursing care services with other departments or disciplines.

Order medications or equipment, as necessary, to carry out physician orders.

Report all incidents and accidents 

Sign, date, and perform all charting and record keeping in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Monitor residents on alert status. Report Changes to physician and RCM.

Evaluate and record resident's need and response to PRN medications.

Provide direct resident care when needed, as determined by resident condition and available staff. 

Pay Rate: $35/hr
