What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Performbench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling.

  • Must be able to read and follow schematics and drawings.

  • Cut harnesses

  • Ship prep

  • PVC assembly ofharnesses, vessel prep and leveling pieces.

  • Sub assembly activities ofpumps, vents, PVC harnesses.

  • Miscellaneous skid items and finish work, including drill, tap, running mencon cables, flow tape and labeling.

  • ApplyChart’s safety standards and guidelines to all work activities, which includemaintaining a clean and orderly work area/equipment/tools.

  • Completetasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Education Should Be…

High school diploma or GED

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. Occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly exposed to vibration and occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to risk of electrical shock, on occasion. Medium noise level.

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • A minimum of 1 year of pipe fitting/assembly related experience, preferably in a fabrication environment.

  • Experience in assembly of Schedule 80 PVC, stainless steel, and copper piping components and systems

  • Proven ability to read a tape measurewith accuracy.

  • Basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction and multiplication.

  • Experience reading BOMS and drawings.

  • Team player mindset is essential.

  • Mandatory overtime, as required by the business.
