Description

Robert Half is hiring for a Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end learning strategy for an enterprise-wide ERP implementation. This role demands a dynamic leader ready for change and capable of operating within a complex, matrixed environment. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the Learning Director, driving the development and successful launch of a comprehensive learning strategy. They will use their expertise in instructional design and strong project management skills to effectively deploy learning initiatives across various departments.

Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute learning strategies to maximize adoption of new ERP systems.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including PMO leads and training leads to translate business needs into a robust learning strategy.

  • Develop detailed learning curricula tailored to different user personas, ensuring creative and efficient delivery.

  • Manage learning content development, including overseeing the creation of course materials and web-based training.

  • Lead training sessions and provide coaching to ensure quality and relevance of training materials.

  • Utilize standard instructional design and adult learning principles to enhance learning experiences.

  • Develop and implement training evaluation and reporting procedures to measure effectiveness.

  • Support the deployment of training to optimize learning outcomes and user engagement.

Success Factors:

  • Self-driven with strong consulting abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Proven experience in a global, matrixed organization, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

  • Skilled in modern learning technologies and capable of managing both onshore and offshore resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in learning management or ERP implementation.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles.

  • Proficiency in online authoring tools and familiar with various learning modalities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
