Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Coordinator, Second Shift, Transfer Center

UC Health is hiring a part-time RN, Clinical Coordinator for the Transfer Center for the day shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

The RN, Clinical Coordinator will support and deliver high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care and according to policy and procedures.
