Machine Maintenance Mechanic

Description:

• Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.

• Repair, rebuild and replace parts as needed.

• Complete Preventative maintenance of various machines including determination of which maintenance is required.

• Complete machine and plant repairs.

• Perform machine and coolant tank clean-outs per work instruction.

• Maintain a safe, clean machine and work environment.

• Assist in periodic cleaning and refilling of parts cleaning sink.

• Perform other assignments as required by the Maintenance Supervisor including assistance in other areas.

  Qualifications:

• Must have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding and replacing parts when required. CNC Machines include: Swiss, Star, Moris and Hass CNC Machines

• Must have general knowledge of various production machinery within a machine-shop facility

• Basic building maintenance experience preferred
